HinI have had a very bad experience with this fuel station, l just fill the fuel in my car and after that when l go for payment, the lady who is working there is very very very rude to the customers and me as well, I don’t know why she looks at me like that. It’s happens with me today on 08/07/2024 at 7:25 pm .nThanks
Price always fluctuates. Food always tastes stale, I’ve never witnessed any attendant use gloves when serving food. And what really irks me is the coffee, the lids don’t fit bigger cups, a large size equals regular serve and on any given day at least 1 machine is out of order or has no milk. Service attendants are always on personal phone calls. I don’t know why I punish myself going back
My experience was good but i witnessed a guy leaving without paying for his fuel. Really sad to see that. This is cheapest servo in our area, we want it to thrive, please spare this one people
Today, during a busy period I attended this petrol station. I have been here before without issue. I unloaded 4 jerrycans to fill with diesel. The PA system squawked, I couldn't understand anything the operator said, except the pump number. I left my car and went in to ascertain his problem! Apparently, I was required to prepay, because I was filling cans. I was forced to leave my credit card with the operator while I filled up. After filling the diesel, I prepared jerrycans and the car for unleaded. Nothing happened! Again the PA squawked, so everything stopped again, while lots of people were waiting. This time the operator told me that I couldn't purchase unleaded fuel until I had paid for the diesel. I enquired why not; when every other petrol station can do it without issue. He simply refused, so I paid for my diesel and left. This is grossly unsatisfactory service, and while your fuel is competitively priced, I M unlikely to return, it's just not worth it.
Used to be a great service station when it was Vibe now it has cheap fuel and nothing else. The drink selection has drastically reduced, pie warmer no longer stocked, cigarettes no longer regularly stocked and the prices are extortionate. Such a shame.
