I just went in tonight. Such good service I wanted to write a review. I believe her name was Caitlin, she had great service skills. Really friendly and it made our night. Despite what looked to be a really small crew with a lot of customers our burgers came out fast and overall really good service.
Burgers and fries were great. One star off for cleanliness. Every single table was filthy, flies were all over the restaurant and the fry area behind the cash register had a lot of debris under it! Good meal if you don’t mind eating in filth. Parking: Free parking with good size spots out front.
Staff friendly/cheerful and place is always clean. This branch gets very busy, so allow 5-10 extra minutes for your online orders to be ready after their allocated pick up time. The staff does seem to miss the customisation step a lot. My selected "no tomato" ends up staying in the burger about 40% of the time. Check your burger if you are customising due to having allergies.

Best burger I’ve ever had, and the chicken fenders are AMAZING! Plus the chips are always crispy and delicious. The team themselves are enthusiastic and friendly.
Maybe I chose the wrong burger bio fuel but my gripes were: the bun needs to be toasted, it needed relish and or herb mayo, meat needs seasoning as it is tasteless. Also, kumara fries were swimming in salt, fun for the first 10 but sickening after that. Oh and you need larger napkins, as they are too small.
The burger was OK, lots of flavour & very filling. The place it's self was filthy the tables were so sticky you could lean on them, the toilet floor was a wash in water from the hand basin, we won't be going back any time soon, sorry.Food: 3/5
Wonderful customer service and excellent quality food. Restaurant is consistently tidy and well presented. Would recommend.
Consistently late with orders, have had several items forgotten from orders too. The food is nice, but the experience is a pain.
Chicken and kumara chips were chewy. Quality of food has gone down and prices are up. Paid 50 dollars for 2 people and threw most food away. Very disappointing.Food: 1/5
