Omg, how can someone make a burger and send it out with no burger buns. That's no accident. That is indifference. I recommend you go elsewhere.
For a premiem burger I found it saturated with sauces and juice from beetroot. That resulted in the burger bun bring soaked and could hardly taste anything. The burger was half cold and the fries cold and soggy. Did not enjoy, have had better.

First experience eating here and the one staff member who was serving us was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, I really enjoyed my burger and the kumara fries were 10/10 delish! Why this can't be 5 stars is unfortunately due to the cleanliness of the place but specifically the bathrooms. I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but was met with very grimey bathrooms.. taps, sinks, mirrors, floors all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a good while.. very uncomfortable. After turning the tap on with my elbow because I didn't want to touch it, the soap dispensers in both toilets were empty anyway! lol. Luckily they had hand sanitizer at the tables and the friendly staff member was very quick to refill them once we asked after our meals. I don't wanna be harsh as maybe they are just really understaffed which is understandable in these times, but definitely room for improvement with the cleaniness
Good, but there are a few fixable problems. First, the bbq sauce is so strong it masks all the other flavours. It's good thought. But it lacks balance. Second - overcooked meat. It wasn't bad too, not dry, but it wasn't how I ordered. Last, I think it's overpriced too. Not too expensive, but, considering the experience, overpriced for sure.
Great quality of burgers beef Prices are slightly high but high quality of beef Only that the Services was slow and front desk staff has no passion. The Kumara fries quality was poor and overpriced

great food!!! the quality of the ingredients is fantastic. I wish there were more burgers with a bbq theme though.
