I had a good portion of tasty, crispy and hot curly fries. Thanks for making my first experience at Kapiti BW so wonderful. Burger Wisconsin Kapiti is fairly consistent at making a decent burger. However in the last 6 months I've had 2 orders made incorrectly to their credit were fixed, but tonight I had probably the worst burger I've ever had. No seasoning and every mouthful had multiple chunks of hard gristle, I threw out half the burger in disappontment.
Have ordered online and have waited for anorther 10 min to get the order. And got home the curly fries was cold and not baked correctly. We did not enjoy the curly fries at all.
Burgers are a bit on the expensive side but were absolutely delicious. Plus the burgers come with this cardoard piece that you attach to your burger so that the ingredients don't fall out. Ingenious!
Truly a great find and of course amazing burgers! Yummy hot chips with a good selection of sauces. They also genuinely care about food allergies...definitely recommend!

Perfect example of women empowerment. Prepared and served fresh by the excellent ladies’ team. Their burgers and chips are way healthier, tastier and fresher than the other fast food chain. The premises is clean and attractive. It’s been more than a year that I am being a regular and a happy customer. Even the friends I have taken there had enjoyed their menu. On the top of that, there is a benefit of earning some dollars every time you order through the app. Hope you guys will continue the charm.

I'm a huge fan of Wisconsin burgers and for the last few years I've been buying them from Kapiti. Tonight i ordered my usual beef satay burger and fries. Tge burger was literally cold with a tough overcooked meat pattie and fries were pale, limp and barely warm - I didn't eat many of them. I should say I always drive home to eat - about 5 mins - and the food has always stayed hot in the past. I'm really disappointed
