Ordered a Waikiki chicken burger without the hot sauce.....it came with sauce.... I took it back and politely asked if this was what I had ordered..... they were very apologetic.... replaced the burger and it was amazing.....so 5 stars for great customer service....would recommend this place and will be returning....
Friendly staff, fast service, fresh, delicious burgers and AMAZING onion rings. Staff very politely double checked we had signed in on our phones following COVID rules.

Great service, fantastic burgers. We really enjoyed the food and the helpful staff. Well worth eating there.
Nice and fresh food, good service, although I don’t think the burgers are worth the prices we payed. Very average. I also order sweet potato fries which I normally love but these ones were so soggy that they stuck together. My daughter also sat in a high chair where the legs were blacked with dirt.
I've heard it's an amazing place, but must of not been my day. Burger wasn't really hot, chips soft and cold. On the way out mine and my friend pants where stuck to the stools, I think it was the lacker they used to coat them.
I could not be happier with the service and food. At first I thought it was a little expensive, but after trying the food, I didn't look at it like fast food, but more like a restaurant. Absolutely Fabulous.
Best customer service, I went there to relax about a product I failed in, the waitress behind the counter was a great listener, and I managed to take home some delicious food I'ma very happy
Absolutly amazing, best burgers we have ever tasted. And the staff were fantastic.
We have always had a great meal and the staff are so nice. We keep coming back so that surely says it all
