Went through the drive thru today, got in line at 2:10 pm, 20 mins later at 2:30 I got thru to the window and got my food. Completely slow, slack and very bad service. This is typical of BK, not enough staff, staff on breaks smoking away out the back, young and inexperienced staff with no customer service abilities at all. The chips were completely cold and if didn't have to be somewhere else, I would have come in to complain. Next time, I'll drive past and go to McDonald's.
A bit quieter than Palmy BK, highly recommend, clean place, not to busy
Very disappointed. I don't have Burger Fuel where I live so decided on that for my dinner as I was passing only to find it disintergrated in my hand. I got the BK chicken and someone must of dropped the whole bottle of mayo on it. The bun was soaked in it making it impossible to enjoy. Learned my lesson the hard way here. I won't be back!!!
Love the vegetarian. Range. Food was fast and delicious. I could tell the burger was made fresh rather than it sitting there on a tray. I could also taste that the corn nuggets were just made as they were soft in the middle and gently crunchy on the outside. Much better quality than the lower hutt and Johnsonville BK's.
I alway buy BK chook and they always never put enough mayonnaise leaving the burger dry, I have tried it multiple times. Its very disappointing. Advertising something and not providing to the customer is totally against consumer law. This is to much now, It need to addressed.
