Service was bad staff behind counter was moody and not wanting to really help we were after the new burger and she said we don't do it here, even though we had it on our phones. If you are having a bad day remember even in customer service you need to at least smile and pretend you are happy at work.Food: 3/5
The food was okay and service was good enough. Not the greatest Burger King ever but it was decent enough. They do stay open till late which is always nice and handy when you're on a long drive. Parking: There is lots of parking in the area Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible
Haven't had BK in a long time still the same. Good taka except the Sunday's are way better now was really great. Um drinks are rubish, but hey i was thirsty so drunk it lolFood: 4/5
Thought we would try a different fast food outlet..... lovely staff but the food was poor. I enjoy hotcakes with maple syrup, but the size of my order was small compared to another fast food outlet for the same price. My husband's chicken burger..... he was not impressed. The only thing that was nice was the hash bites.....hot and tasty.

It was ok. Service was pretty slow, about 6-7 drive thru orders first before we got ours and we were the only ones inside.
What can i say about burger king.When you first walk in your Welcome by this amazing smiles. Its almost like you have just been hugged by all of this amazing team. There voice are like angles "Laughing" So happy Wow. Even looking after each other like family. They even will bring to you your order.They are so helpful. They have time Zone, we kids can play basketball" This is fun" and other games. There are rest rooms exit doors Fire-extinguisher. Comfort seating" WIFI T.v So If you are traveling? Passing by. From oversea. Take time out with this amazing team rest be for you move on. This not 24 hour they are closed 10pm. One day they will be come 24 hour Rotorua has been busy> So for now This is the "Now" Make this happen, Make this work 2018 Thank you team you rock
Very bad service with regards to putting points on your loyalty rewards. They constantly say 'we just went off line'. Then dance around the situation anyway they can, so you don't accumulate any points. This has happened 4 times from this same restaurant, and have never had this happen anywhere else.
