Burger king as a whole is a very Hit or miss company.  sadly the Pukekohe chain is no different.  one time you can go in, everything works out fine, the next, they are very slow, lack customer service, or just outright forget items within your order, very annoying to find out once you have already driven past the window.

I didn’t mind that I had to wait because they said they needed took cook the chicken bites fresh. Even though they were fresh they still were luke warm. Plus they were over cooked and dry. The staff though are friendly and the place is clean. Wish they weren’t overlooked as they don’t taste too bad.

Lovely friendly staff nice food reasonable prices toilets available highly recommend refill your drinks at no extra charge outside seating clean and tidy lovely red comfortable seats which I love TV to watch music playing great for family meals will definitely go again

Not very respectful of customers. I don't know what it is about how they conduct themselves, but I get a very negative vibe when I interact with any of their staff that I don't get from other businesses. Very strange!

Food was pretty average and the burger was a big let down seemed like they had cooked the patty and left for an hour extremely chewy. Wont be going back there any time soon

Pretty average... cold and overcooked but look at who was on the grill.... definitely no idea. Step up BK.  I am off to Burger Fuel next time.
