Milkshakes were incredibly thick with lots of flavour. Burger had just the right amount of sauce, that it didn't stop me from tasting the rest of the burger. The loaded chips had plenty of toppings and the meal selection was great. The restaurant's atmosphere was alright, but like most other restaurants near the beach.Food: 5/5
Best burgers in Bayside, in my opinion. The quality of the meat is consistently first class. I'm yet to meet a Cheesy Rider from these guys that I didn't love. I need to find out the secret sauce! Highly recommend.

Really enjoy these burgers, usually get the old school but have had the super hot one and today tried the fried chicken burger. I could not fit the burger in my mouth it was so big and it tasted great. Everything I've tried has been very good.
This place does the proper burger. Toasted bun, herbs in the meat patty, good fresh lettuce and tomato. The jalapeno burger is truly medicinal, with jalapeno in the patty as well as the burger itself. The coffee has a lovely caramelized flavour. Chips are chunky and crisp. Staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this joint.
My partner and I have been to over 20 different burger joints in Melbourne, and we always end up coming back to Burger Exchange. Management is always friendly and food is reasonably priced. We highly recommend the Poultrygeist, it’s unbeatable. :
