Excellent customer service. Nicole was very helpful in understanding our need and offering the best products that suited our budget and our need. She was very helpful in explaining different products to us and help us choosing the best that suited us.
I was there in August. Just wanted to ask a question with an answer of "yes" or "no". Only one customer queued in front of me. Very soon it came to the turn of the front customer. The young Chinese lady seems familiar with this custom and they had a very nice chat. The lady help him with some claims when they were chatting. I moved closer trying to remind her that someone was waiting...no difference.. I waited there for nearly 30 mins.
Went to the Bupa store yesterday and was greeted by the manager. He was patient and extremely helpful. The best customer service I had received in a very long time!
