Wonderful experience. Customer service was fabulous, and hygienist Rita was incredible. She is so knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me on how best to care for my teeth. She also offered to apply a numbing gel to my gums as I have sensitivity. I was seen promptly and the dentist was great too. I really enjoy my no-gap 6monthly dental appointments here.

Bupa Dental Goodwood is our trusted clinic. Each visit is a positive experience for my children, myself, my husband and my mother in law. We don’t live locally anymore but we still keep coming back. We moved to the country town for 2 years in 2018 and as soon as we came back to Adelaide I ‘reactivated’ our records and now back in the system. They accommodate if I urgently need to see a dentist. My 4yo is very familiar with the routine and he responds positively well with different hygienist. I started taking him when he was 2 Dr Sophie McNeil was my dentist for many years. Currently, Dr Franco looks after my teeth. They’re both great, gentle, friendly, kind and very professional. We saw Dr David Hoh yesterday for my son’s appointment and he was great too! The girls at the front are amazing and very friendly!!! We have been happily attending the clinic for more than 5 years .

I can't rate this place more highly. As someone who gets anxiety going to the dentist I have to say that Dr Mignone is extremely professional, very understanding and has a great bedside manner. The dental assistants are so lovely and go above and beyond to help make patients feel comfortable. The admin staff are friendly and efficient. What a great team!

Unpleasant experience. Did not make me feel calm or comfortable. Not enough numbing while working on my tooth. Wouldn't remove the tooth as I asked, gave me a dodgy filling and then at the end said " you may need to come back to get it removed in a few weeks".. NOT happy and will not return to this practice again.

I felt the staff were very good at re assuring and the care / information etc they provided was great. Def be going back, can honestly say i am never at ease in a Dentist but left very happy after my appointment, and proceeded to make the next two.

So glad I switched to Bupa Goodwood and found Dr Franco Mignone! He’s an amazing dentist and has done such a better job with my root canal than my last dentist. He even fixed an old filling on my front tooth that was always stained and the other dentists in the city never even mentioned they could fix it. Highly recommend

Dr. Mignone was excellent! Always very professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. Dental appointments can often be stressful but he made me feel comfortable and I’m very happy with the results of his work. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dental staff dentist and assistant went out of their way to ensure I was relaxed as you possibly can be informed and aware of every step during treatment - including cost. The best “positive” dental experience I have had. I will definitely return and would recommend others to go there

The best clean I’ve ever had by a dentist. Through my BUPA cover, I didn’t end up paying a cent.
