I recently experienced a situation where I needed to have medical records forwarded to Bupa Dental Kawana, with other healthcare practices making the process very difficult. The reception team and my dentist were incredibly accommodating during this process, going out of their way to help find a solution to the issue. Excellent customer/client care.
Bupa Dental Kawana, have an expert team who care & are up to date with the latest technology . The dentists and staff make you feel at ease and offer payment options. I am so glad I found them when I moved from Brissy.
So happy I decided to use this dental practice! My experience has been nothing short of amazing I experience overwhelming anxiety going to the dentist but the care and compassion from all staff, particularly Kayla and Dr Lorena has been unfathomable. I am so grateful to be a patient and to receive such comforting and compassionate care - thankyou so much.nHIGHLY recommend this practice.
Dr Karen Gibson is a miracle worker! I have an absolute anxiety about the Dentist. I put off going and it takes a long time to work up the courage to visit the Dentist. Dr Gibson was incredible and worked me through the process gently with a real duty of care and expertise. Thank you for making it possible to go to a Dentist. .
Lorena is a fantastic dentist - professional and thorough but ever so friendly and pleasant. highly recommend requesting Lorena. The front desk staff are also friendly and helpful. All round good clinic to be a patient. Thanks team Quinn and family.
