Staff are very friendly and accommodating, they are always trying to ensure I am comfortable. Clean and filling appointments were very pleasant, good experience. Dr Lachlan was great, he explains everything that needs to be done to my teeth, what to expect etc. Overall excellent dental experience.
Amazing experience ag Bupa dental on Bourke street; reception staff were kind and respectful; the practitioners were the same and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained in detail and pictures of my teeth were taken and shown to me regarding my treatments. Definitely recommend this practice.

Hi, I am new patient to visit this dental clinic and I am really appreciate Dr David Liu professional attitudes and showed patience to explain the dental procedures. Highly recommended him to be my regular dentist as it is difficult to find good one. Also the receptionists are very nice and helpful and sincere to my a bit delay.
Dr Liu Very good dentist, made you feel comfortable. I am one who does not enjoy going to the dentist. I paid in advance with my dental treatment and had a credit of $175. I cancelled my last appointment after being told I had no credit left. I was very disappointed with the attitude from the receptionist who failed to explain what happened to my credit.

I was blown away by how competent and friendly the staff were at Bupa Dental Bourke Street! I saw Dr Izzat and his nurse Simone, they were very thorough and worked together like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!
My dental experience with Dr. David Liu was awesome. He was able to extract my wisdom tooth quickly and pain free. Tbh I didn’t expect such painless experience. I’ll definitely recommend him for any dental procedures. Kudos as well to his assistant.
5 Stars!!!! From the moment I booked my appointment with Teena and with regards to my procedure with Lachlan, my dentist, the experience could not have been better!!!! I absolutely recommend this practice to all!!! These are good, honest, warm professionals that provide outstanding service and perfect results!!! What a breath of fresh air!!! A special mention to the other reception officer and Lachlan’s dental assistant.
