It was all fine until a young blonde woman decided to mock me and make me feel unwelcome while the other staff tried to be courteous, I've been with Bupa all my life and because of this I'm seriously thinking about leaving to another health fund and joining elsewhere. Being on top hospital cover and in todays climate where people are leaving the health funds in droves because of the cost you would think they would be trained better in customer relations and this wouldn't happen. I hope this individual doesn't progress up the ranks with her bad and childish attitude.

they have a ticket system so you don't have to stand and queue. would recommend going between 10-3pm weekdays to avoid longer waits. I've always had friendly and helpful service each time I've been to bupa and have been with them for many years.

Google says they are open today and it's not a public holiday, drive for miles to go there and it's closed and no sign to say why.
