Bupa is been good its been like second home.I injured myself and i was in hospital for few days but I was looking forward to come back again.Food is good it's very hard to keep everyone happy in big place like this.I have been here from 3 years but my wife was also here before so it's been 7-8 years that am coming here. Staff is very good.
Bupa Woodend has been one of the most enjoyable and welcoming experiences I’ve had when contracting at Bupa between the general staff and management , all works on-site have been on site , In particular Mani from reception has been incredibly professional and helpful
From entering Bupa some time ago seamless procedure thanks to friendly Management & Staff to now, we,as a family are pleased with the Care being given to Bill to date.nWill never be the same as Home.nThe few minor issues we have had have been resolved professionally and quickly.nThe Dining Room is pleasant and a variety of meal options available.nThe Lifestyle Team is amazing!nSo many Themed days and daily activities etc.nMusic Therapy with Helen very popular.nUnfortunately Bill rarely attends but is always invited, much appreciated.nThanks to Management & Staff going above & beyond, Bill was able to recently attend a special family function in his honour. nAlthough a new Home has opened at Romsey, Bill will be staying in his familiar environment and spending time with familiar faces!nKind regards, Jan
Thank you Bupa Woodend for such a great support and service for Dad, everyone is so lovely and staff very friendly. Dad’s been enjoying the good food and socialising. Rooms have plenty of light and courtyard, very warm.
Mani and the team at the Woodend care home are very kind and helpful. So welcome and I loved doing balloons for them
