Mum was at Bupa Enfield for just short of 3 years. Respite at first, back home, then becoming a permanent resident. The staff were very accommodating at this extremely difficult settling in time due to loss of her husband. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, meals are prepared on premises, a range of daily activities. Bingo was a favourite and talented singers and musician's. Always celebrating the milestone days throughout the year, birthdays and mothers day etc. It becomes one big family and you get to know other residents and their family's too. I cannot praise enough what an amazing job all the staff did during covid, always doing the very best for residents. Communication has been of key importance, any little change or issue we were informed. Sadly Mum passed in September and her final journey happened with dignity, care and love. Staff came to talk to her and said goodbye and we were blessed to have had our daughters stay all night with mum when she passed. She was never in discomfort or pain. If you have a loved one who needs to be in care then Bupa Enfield is the place to be. Highly recommended.
Bupa Aged Care Enfield is where we were lucky enough find a home to place our aging 92 year old mother.nThey have taken extremely good care of my mother and are doing everything they can to make her life as comfortable and restful as they can.nThe staff are very professional and pleasant greeting us with a smile every time they see us and very happy, smiling and caring with what they do for our mother.nI would recommend Bupa Aged Care Enfield to anyone lucky enough to be able to get a place at this home
Both my mum and dad have been living here for nearly two years now. All of the key staff members, from the receptionists Mailyn, Mira to the lifestyle promoters Raj, Kerby, and the management Jane, Di are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional. They would do anything they can to help mum and dad make their life in the nursing home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Carers come and go, but most of them show a good degree of care during their day to day services. The family is grateful that mum and dad are in good hands. We are always provided with relevant information related to general operations of the nursing home as well as information specfically related to mum and dad. I visit mum and and dad quite regularly, and I always feel welcomed by everyone who works there.
The first thing the family and I noticed was the atmosphere at BUPA Enfield, it was warm and welcoming. The staff are caring, professional and friendly. The facilities are good and there is a great activity program catering for a range of needs. The staff are person-centred and have responded to my brother's needs and are able to accommodate them. The communication between staff and our family is very good. We are very relieved and happy to know that my brother is receiving such good care.nChris Urch
