This place has been under some new ownership for a while now and it has really improved for the better. The coffee is good and I just had a really nice Eggs Benedict. They used a nice ham off the bone, and a good quality English muffin that tasted and appeared to be made with sourdough. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming.
I had the BLAT and a latte. Both were nice and tasty. Decently priced at $18 and friendly service to go with it!

Fantastic service, great staff and an awesome all round experience. Honoured to call myself a regular here, always made so welcome by everyone. Try the bacon and egg roll freshly made with a hash brown inside on the Turkish bread, my absolute favourite breakfast in Melbourne.
I love this place. I go here several times a week. Delicious coffee, best caprese and friend staff.
Good food, coffee and iced coffee, prompt service, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere with a nice couch inside to chill out on.
Always friendly staff. Food service is first class and fast. Portion sizes are more than adequate. I always order a soy chai it's the Prana chai, and, like the food, it is consistently excellent.
Very nice host, warm welcome and served with smile. Nice shake and tea. Five stars
