Great 'go to' place for all the DIY projects in and around the house.nAlmost they got all the building & garden stuffs.nIt is straightforward if you are sure what you need and where to find it. Otherwise, you will search the needle in the hay.nIt's almost hard to find a staff member when you need it, and even if you get one only 50% chance, he or she will be of any use. Alsononly a few of them were polite and friendly.
09/07/2024nLast minute realised I had no more washers for my kitchen taps. After doing my research prior to entering Bunnings Windsor Gardens store at 8:55pm, I was left to my own devices to find the correct size I needed. No assistance from any staff members however I was able to eventually find it on my own. Then it must of been just a few seconds or minute after they yet again announced that this time the store had closed. I started walking to the checkout to which a staff member RUDELY announced that I have to leave the store. No please, sorry or what have you! After that it was every staff member that I encountered did the same. On my tax invoice the time stamped was 09:03:09pm. If they were a little more polite and courteous, I would of been out by 9pm. Shame shame shame I won’t be returning to the store anytime soon and certainly won’t be recommending it to any of my friends or family for that matter.nA staff member contacted me stating that they received a really bad review and would like to understand why it is that I felt it was a bad experience. To my horror he/she was condoning the rudeness after 9pm by the staff members I left it at that and that certainly says a lot for certain staff members that work at Windsor Gardens
Looked at the Bunnings website for a laundry trough at Windsor Garden Store. The site said they had stock but low numbers for the one I wanted.nI get down there only to be told by a staff member they had none in stock on the shelves and the one I wanted was in stock but was up on pallets.nI asked if they could get it down. He said no we can't get pallets down whilst the shop was open for safety.nI said but I have seen many times isles being closed off and product being brought down.nThe staff member instead of explaining got smart and said, how about I get a manager and we waste 15 min and he'll given you the same answer.nManager comes over and explains that they do close isles off and bring boxes down but can't bring pallets down whilst the shop is open. Whilst the original staff member is chirping in the back ground and manger asked him to go away.nI asked the manager ok if you dont have that particular one but do you have something similar even if it costs a few more dollars.nIn the end the manager knocked some money off a similar unit that I was happy with.nManager 10 out of 10, staff member seemed he had checked out for the day as it was 4.30pm on a Sunday. 1 out of 10.
Huge store, friendly service, great staff knowledge, pretty much everything in stock. Plants were mostly in goid condition but could use a little more tlc in this warmer weather. Trade part though is a bit average, didn't have a trained cutter available when needed. Service attendant at that counter was not helpful at all.
Just I wanna say Winsor Garden store is very different so all staff are amazing and helpful specially I want appreciate to James and Trinity at trade desk they are fantastic.Thanks guys.nFardin Ghaffarinbuilder supervisor
