Product quality is poor. Customer service is poor. Exceptionally long queue lines. Takes forever to do click and collect due to the computer software . Asked for a refund for a defective product and the staff member got visibly upset and stroppy. Customers have to wait a long time to achieve anything in this store. I'd rather pay more and go to Mitre 10.
The staff could be a bit more friendly or inviting and helpful. Made me feel so uncomfortable being there, barely acknowledged me as a customer when i was just trying to ask for help to find something, she kept walking pretending like she couldn't hear me. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she couldn't hear me so i walked closer, she then looks at me and said i'm busy!!
After reading through the reviews of this store I realise my experience isn’t a one off. Instead the customer service at this store is just as disgusting and useless as the other reviewers have stated. The managers need to train their staff better because they’re ruining the store’s reputation or better yet, if you don’t want to work and do your job properly then stay home with your crap attitude.nnThank you to the kind Māori lady who helped me look for what I was needing, after being biffed around by two other horrible staff members.
I had a terrible experience in New Zealand. My wife and I were looking for a hose for our laundry when I approached a staff member who was setting up the plumbing section. When I asked her a question, she tried to avoid us. I thought she hadn’t heard me, so I asked again. Suddenly, she looked at us very angrily and shouted, “I don’t know! I’m not at work today!” However, she was actively arranging items in that section, so it was confusing. Her behavior was rude and disrespectful.
Customer service we received at the store was nothing short of disgusting. My wife went to ask for some help was pointed in the direction when she asked do you think you could come and show me where I can find the item she was looking for was told no you go why we keep coming back to this horrible store with its terrible customer service.
