Customer service we received at the store was nothing short of disgusting. My wife went to ask for some help was pointed in the direction when she asked do you think you could come and show me where I can find the item she was looking for was told no you go why we keep coming back to this horrible store with its terrible customer service.
I've only visited twice, however it always seems like the shelves are empty and nothing is priced larger items. Needs upgrading and expanding the range.
l would like to complain about one of your staff members who was filling the shelves on the hydrolic lift l was looking for the marley fittings and needed to look for a tee fitting , when l found the right place it was roped off and when she saw me she told me to go around from the other end so i did that and found the marley products roped off so l lent over the magnetic tape and it came off and she yelled at me to get out she was on the lift down the other end so it was not a safety issue [ so rude} SHE COULD HAD A LOOK FO ME} so l said to her l will have to look at mitre 10 then and she replied good you do that then people like give the company a bad name
The key cutting service is the worest service in NZ. The stuff don't have right knowledge and skills about the key and the key cutting machine. They need proper trainning for the service and skills.
Not my usual Bunnings store..found young staff absolutely useless and not helpful in the least...and quite put out when I asked for a bag of garden soil to be carried inside for me so I could pay for it..they could sure use some old fashioned work ethic principles...take a leaf out of Hawera's book
