Amazing customer service! My husband and I have used the Bunnings rental truck service several times, but our recent experience with Vicky was by far the best. She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth and cost-effective for us. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the process as seamless as possible. Vicky's professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and we’re so grateful for the way she looked after us. Bunnings is lucky to have someone like her!
I am a Bunnings fan and was proven with great customer service when I was the one who made a mistake. I called the lovely wee store in Subi and they were all over it. Not only did they get onto resolving my lil dilemma, the attention from a few people with contacting another store and chasing me up over a day was amazing. Felt spesh ! Today I got a call asking if I got my refund back 2 days done and dusted which is quite the opposite from other retail stores. Yippee no wonder why I spend so much at Bunnings :-nThanks Asher, Ashleigh, Jamie
Lovely staff. Hubby was busy this morning so I had to come hang get a large item, by myself with a baby and toddler. Staff were so helpful and not oy got it off the shelf for me, but put it in my car too
