Great place for gardening stuff. Helpful staff.
Special mention to the staff member Sunday who helped me with a return last week.nI had lost my receipt so wasn’t sure how the return would go but Sunday was extremely helpful and had it sorted within minutes. While helping me she also assisted an elderly lady who needed help in the gardening section, Sunday organised for another rep to meet her in the nursery to try and find what she was looking for.nnThis all happened in about 3 minutes but she didn’t seem rushed and was super personal. Fast, efficient, friendly and good at her job. Bunnings are lucky to have an employee like that and hopefully someone from corporate will see this review.
I had a return at Bunnings Subiaco and was blown away by the service from Kristian. He handled everything with care, gave great advice, and even checked where I could find the stock I needed. Jeff also offered helpful advice, which was a real bonus. Fantastic service – thank you both for turning my experience around!
Amazing customer service! My husband and I have used the Bunnings rental truck service several times, but our recent experience with Vicky was by far the best. She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth and cost-effective for us. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the process as seamless as possible. Vicky's professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and we’re so grateful for the way she looked after us. There's are many near items here that could be used for your own projects. I like the availability of lead acid batteries and cables, but also wood and enclosure.
