Horrible customer service. One turns her back on customers when clearly they need help. Then she gossips about them. If she doesn't want to work in customer service then I am sure plenty of other people would. She needs to go to give someone else the chance to do her job better.
Terrible customer service at the checkout always to busy chatting with each other paid for products turned around picked up something from there specials turned back around to pay for it and lady asked if I'd paid for other things said I just had and she was standing right next to the lady who served me still demanded receipt showed her and she angrily snaps ' I have every right to ask'then walks off asked to see manager says nothing ask again snaps back 'ive called her' manager was nice but can't see anything changing. Been there 10 or so times checkout service been terrible every time. So disappointed.
can I just say why in the world is there no counters at the checkouts?????????????nHaving a worker try and scan everything in a full trolley seems so illogical and inefficient not to mention awkward and frustrating, having to pick up every item and put it back in the trolley/trying to locate barcodes & keep note of what’s been scanned.nthen I am trying to pack the items in a box but there’s no where for me to put the box to pack it, It’s very noticeable that it frustrates staff.
Who doesn't love bunnings lol you can go in there needing nothing as I did today yet always come out with things you want. Best shopping therapy for any age. Today I apparently needed strawberry plants and they already had strawberries on them.
Amazing staff! Mei helped us all the way to the car! Such a friendly girl! She helped us select our new out door table and chairs and did all the heavy lifting! Really went above and beyond.
