Big shout out to Mia in tools who spent at least half an hour with me putting new batteries into my car remotes, she was polite, very patient and excellent customer service! Please pass this on to Mia! She deserves recognition, I work in retail myself and it is not always that we get great customer service!
Kate in the Tools section at Bunnings Seaford, SA is absolutely fantastic! Her service goes above and beyond every single time. Not only is she incredibly helpful, but her knowledge on DIY projects and tools is awesome. Her friendly attitude makes the whole experience so much better. Thanks to her, I've always found exactly what I need. Highly recommend seeking her out if you need assistance and Bunnings should give her a raise. She is the friendliest Bunnings worker i have experienced in 20 years of going to Bunnings.

I love Bunnings there is no question about it, but what I love more is Great Customer Service , and that is what I got from the Gentleman called Brady in Garden Section . Made a purchase seamlessly effortlessly and went over and beyond. Job well done Brady , I give credit where credit is due!
Despite the impressive store, can’t recommend custom order at all!! I ordered one step ladder to be delivered the next day, called in the morning and they confirmed it will be on time within time frame which is before noon. Afternoon called the courier contact number again and they said we are not responsible to you!! you should go and ask customer desk to follow what has happened, went back to the store and after a long wait I was told courier will come and pick up now to deliver to my work address in Seaford Rd just 5mins away, I had no roof rack otherwise would never paid and wasted my time. Was an extra pressure on the job!
