I had a fantastic time shopping at Bunnings Rockhampton. Navigating the parking lot was a breeze, thanks to the ample spaces available. Friendly staff, I'm not used to friendly staff from living in the UK! It's very refreshing to see chatty, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Was in Bunnings this morning looking for flooring, Geoff and Jamie were beyond helpful. Geoff helped me math out the area and cut a rather LARGE amount of vinyl. Geoff and Jamie then rolled and taped it up and took it to the timber yard so I wouldn't have to double handle it. Their customer service was above and beyond any I have recently before. Thanks guys.

The amount of stuff I buy from here, I'm sure I must have shares in the company by now. It's a shame I can never find anyone to assist me, and at times I've found someone, they were very condescending.. they got a special order in for me and the check out guy refused to put it through the cash register or allow me to pay for it. Saying it should have been paid at order.. great shop, mostly invisible staff..
