Harrison in the special orders - kaboodle kitchens section was great! Helped us design both a home office and laundry space and made the whole experience awesome! Highly recommend
I called the store and was amazed at how lovely the service of Alex was. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, did research on the product I was interested in and connected me to a woman named Emily. Emily helped me ensuring the product was available and helped me with my stink bug problem finding the one product which has saved my citrus trees. I am very grateful and happy to see good customer service has not disappeared.
Unlike the Chatswood store the staff here are always friendly and helpful. It can be a problem finding one sometimes though. The Bunnings app is useful when you can't find staff to help but it is very slow to load.nIt's Bunnings, how bad can it be?
Bunnings had always remained a very good store. Customer service is always very challenging and always a waiting time is required. Surprisingly the new store is not welcoming. The garden is poorly maintained with the facade and blinds with grime, dust and rubbish. The steps are wearing off. Even the logo seems to lack the original lustre of Bunnings. They need a facelift.
UPDATE Augst 2022nSausage sizzles $3.50 outside of the nursery upstairs! Makes the trip to Bunnings extra fun. Just love how dog friendly this store is too!n----------------------------nReview in May 2022nPet friendly welcoming modern mega size Bunnings finally opened in upper North Sydney. Don't know how we survived with the tiny Bunnings before.nnI saw many shoppers with their fur babies on the cart specially lined with form tile for paw comfort adding to great user experience. There's a little cafe on the second floor by the garden centre. The garden centre looked great!!!
