After waiting for i dont know how long in the returns section- this 'person' named magda - rudely tells me there's no line there as there's no register obviously so go line up over there.' Horrible customer service experience, definitely won't be visiting here again any time soon. Bunnings - train your staff with basic customer service skills please. Not my fault she's having a bad day.nnI told her I was simply following the sign that indicates returns are in that spot and she just turned her back and walked off. Rude.
Went to Bunnings a couple of days ago for some hardware fittings but got completely distracted by these beauties! Had to have hydrangeas after that Love, love, love Bunnings
I came this morning wanted to buy a lock nut for my trolley. I asked one staff working on that shelf at the time. He’s very expert and patient! Without much information I can tell he suggested me a definitely right nut and size I need. Very very helpful and time saving and thanks very much!nnBy the way last time I came for buying some containers, a staff helped me and was very friendly as well!
Avoid the stress and stay away from this store. The layout is terrible, parking is a nightmare, and you need to jump onto two elevators just to get to the entry. Drive a few extra minutes to Thomastown, it's well worth it.
Large Bunnings with two floors of parking & a huge new build with all the standard Bunnings things, a larger than usual cafe seating area & a sadly small & compact playground for kids, which was the only reason for visiting today. Not sure why it's so small when the rest of the build is so big & it's brand new! Cool kitchen display area though with staff on hand to talk you through building your own.
