We visited Bunnings at Preston and had a positive experience. The store was well organised and stocked with plenty of supplies for building and renovation work. Staff were friendly and pointed us in the right direction when we had questions. The aisles were easy to move through and products were easy to find. Checkout was smooth and quick. A dependable place to shop for tools and materials, and we will keep coming back.
Fantastic store packed full of amazing products…. Garden goods, lights, tools, a huge Christmas range and really friendly service …
Also today the 13th of December Karah, the duty manager was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Great work Karah, keep up. Every store should have one like you.nA month ago, Great Michael who works in the garden section, he approached us offered help and went all over the place to find the plants we needed nAlso two days before I showed up with a faulty item needed to be replaced, lost receipt , the store manager can’t remember her name helped me out after spending 15 minutes with me looking for the receipt through my phone.nGreat work knowledgeable, patient and polite
The Bunnings Preston trade team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They helped us organise 160m² of buffalo turf for a job with a tight timeline, had everything ready to go, and assisted with loading without hesitation. Super accommodating, efficient, and genuinely helpful — they really do go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Avoid using Bunnings Preston for installation services, or any Bunnings. They subcontracted a completely unprofessional aircon installer who botched the job. It took weeks of follow-up to get it fixed. The whole process was a mess, and I wouldn’t trust them with any installation work again.
