My visits here have been mixed. Some great some just ok. Pretty good sized store, a bit funny to get to but overall good. The staff seem to change a bit too much but I guess that can't be helped sometimes. Still a good Bunnings store that should have everything that you expect.

Vendor stocking is the worst thing ever. Nothing matches quite right such as nuts and bolts in metric and imperial. Galv nuts that are way to loose on threads. Cut off disks not listed correctly. Staff not keeping boxes of items sorted 12 mm washer box had 5 different sizes of washers. 12mm bolts mixed with 1/2 inch , a disaster for the uninitiated. Staff chatting to friends and colleagues instead of learning where items are and how they fit together and restocking shelves. Come on Bunnings get your act together.

This is my local Bunnings, very friendly staff always willing to help. Product line is excellent. If you are a tradesman like me you get extra discounts and incentives. Pricing is always excellent on most products.

I visit this store on a regular basis. To often according to my wife, who is the one who things done. Recently I had a warranty claim on an item that was purchased as a gift so I had no receipt, this was not an issue for the staff who managed my clain in a prompt, professional and, as always friendly manner. I only hope my sincere thanks are passed on to ALL the staff that assisted me. Alex Secret Harbour

Poor experience. Got told by Bunnings Rockingham to come to Port Kennedy to pick up 6 garden frames I needed, when I arrived they only had 5 saying that they only update their systems on Sunday's. They suggested driving back all the way to the other bunnings to fix the mistake they made. Not great service, the bunnings need to learn to communicate effectively with each other.
