One of the worst on Sydney. Garbage everywhere. Trade section all the parks have stock poorly stacked in them. Really hard to load. Always low stock on whatever you need. Trolleys full of stuff left in aisles. Avoid is possible.
The most consistently disorganised Bunnings I have ever been to. Crap all over the floors in almost every aisle and nothing in their designated areas, especially screws/bolts/fittings. Needs a real good tidy up. A mess.
On Tuesday 30th December I was rushing around in the morning, trying to source few items from Bunnings at Padstow that I didn’t notice the expensive metal hose connection pack that I picked up had a couple of missing items.nnI was only focused on the part I needed and that was there on the pack.nThe customer checkout attendant noticed the missing part and alerted me to it, I’m so grateful to you Carol and for your quick thinking about alternative options you offered to still make sure I get what I have without further delays to other queued up customers and delays to my getting my chores checked.
I had an awesome experience at Bunnings Padstow thanks to Ali! He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and explained everything clearly. You can really tell he cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Employees like Ali make shopping so much easier. Thank you!
This is one of those places where you end up feeling like a bother rather than a valued customer. It makes me question the HR standards or whether they only hire people they personally know.nnThere was no “thank you,” no “have a good day,” just a complete lack of courtesy.nnIf you go there, expect the staff to get some job done hopefully, but don’t expect any customer service—they don’t seem to be in the role because they care.
