What can I say I like this place ! I can meander around for ages and lose track of time daydreaming about home improvement. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the plant section and often find something good on sale. Easy parking and lots of it though it may be hard to park near the entrance as it’s the most popular spot to park.getting back onto Castlereigh road can be a pain but *usually * worth the bother
I was not happy with service. I came to return some items. The staff Chloe with blond hair was at service desk. I asked her politely if she can serve me. There was NO ONE in line at all just me! She looked at me, gave me arrogant look, refused to serve me, looking around asking some lady who was 6 metres away if she wants to be served. She was not interested but paid for her shopping anyway. I am still there waiting. Chloe could not find anyone else so she had to serve me. Unbelievable !! Your staff CAN NOT CHOOSE WHICH CUSTOMER SHE WANTS TO SERVE. Please get better staff! This is outrageous. I was never ignored like this anywhere while shopping. Yes I don’t have a blond hair. But I am still a bloody Aussie girl. I won’t recommend this Bunnings. Go somewhere where they respect you. I will share this experience with all my friends etc on social media as well. I am extremely disappointed to see this behaviour.
We visited the tools section at Bunnings North Penrith today to buy some items.nTwo elderly women were working there but their customer service was poor and their attitude was rude and seemed quite racist, which made us feel very uncomfortable. They didn’t assist us at all.nnWe usually spend around $1,000 a month at Bunnings and this was the first disappointing experience we’ve had. We felt it was important to share this feedback.
Just got kicked out of the North Penrith Bunnings cafe queue with no service allowed. Only two wheels of my trolly were in the cafe area as there had been a long queue. The older female staff member just exclaimed ‘no dogs allowed’ and waved the ‘get out’ finger.nnWhen you have a dog, even secured in a trolly, I can understand there might be a no-dog policy due to food standards, but no options, such as takeaway, were offered.nSorry for any spelling errors as I am writing this venting from the car park.nPhoto of dog attached.
