I like Bunnings. I needed to pop in and get some gear. The app worked perfectly. Nice mid-sized store. Big enough for a cafe and playground. About 50 aisles. Usual setup. Nursery at one end, Trade section at the other end. Plenty of parking. Shopping center right next door. Hope you love it as much as I did.

A few months ago a had a mediocre experience at Bunnings and I passed that information on to management, to my surprise they called me and apologised for the negative experience. I didn’t want anyone to get into trouble but the over customer service had dropped over the past year.  They sent me a small gift voucher, which I used today and I have to say that everyone I spoke to today was super friendly and helpful. Well done staff and management.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was in the store to buy some special construction joint material for an urgent job. Unfortunately the exact product was not in the store, rather sending me away, Paul  contacted all his local contacts in the area and managed to find me the product.

Bunnings is great to shop what you need for your house . I can't believe it i bought a karcher window glass cleaner or mirror  & shower dryed so quick  & very quick  & easy  i love it .

To the 2 staff members having a lovely chat in aisle 38 on 4th august, you were blocking the whole aisle.  You also ignored me a person with a mobility disability who wanted an item on the top shelf.  I then had to reverse backwards out of the aisle as I could not get past you and your conversation.   Thought Bunnings was better than that.

I called first, meet two guys who helped me to get my RYOBI machine working. Such good staff, sent my purchase straight to the check out. Very good service

Best customer service experience. We came in today to get a lawn mower and gardening tools. There was a lovely lady that helped us in the gardening section, unfortunately we didn't catch her name. and then there was such a delightful young woman at the register named Keturah. She made us laugh and smile. Please give her a raise and keep her forever.  She brightened our day.

Today a colleague and I came in with 2 participants, we are disability support workers. 1 of participants became heightened, crying and yelling which happens, she banged on the thick glass door wanting to get out, we asked if the lady  the one with the long grey hair in the gardening section at about 145pm greeting people could press the button to let her out, the staff member carried on looking at the girl we were supporting with disgust, she opened the door muttering under her breath standing around with other people staring and shaking her head judging!!! Bunnings you should be disgusted a member of your staff would treat someone with a disability so appallingly, she was made aware she had a disability which we shouldn’t have to do and she still treated us with disgusting discrimination. She should be sacked!!!

If you need to move hiring the ute they have available is best option. The service is simple and managed very quickly with their effecient staff.

All good helpful staff good customer service even the young lady at the entrance was very good with positive attitude and friendly
