I would just like to personally thank Jodie for her help and assistance. I was completely overwhelmed making decisions and she made it so easy. She spent a good deal of time with me, was completely unflappable and took the pain out of my selections. All the ladies and gents I met from front door, register and floor were extremely kind and friendly. Whoever does the hiring here should be congratulated!
Today Sunday the 16th November I visited the Kingsmeadows store and was assisted by a really lovely, friendly and professional young guy named Regan.nHe could not have been more helpful and obliging and gave me all the information I required and I will return to this store next week for him to assist me once more !!! Very disappointed nI bought a New AEG battery and charger and asked at the service counter if they could charge the battery with the new charger which both were still in their unopened boxes and I'll go and have a coffee in their shop while it charges as I desperately needed it charged, as I didn't have a way of charing it. Unfortunately the person in charge said No, as it could short circuit their power point and shut down the whole shop and she would loose her job. Or maybe she just didn't want to be there on a Sunday morning and couldn't be bothered . Or maybe I was just hoping/expecting to much .
Had a great experience today. Jodi in the kitchen department is a gem, full of knowledge super helpful!! Jodi deserves a bunnings voucher for Christmas for sure!!!
Jim and Nathan in the tools department were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We will definitely be back to see them again.
