Their North Launceston (Invermay) store is bigger and has a larger range of items. Staff are friendly enough.

ONLY had 2 registers open with at least 6 people on each line, self service was closed. When I was served the item had no barcode, therefore a call was made to area it came from and said that the item I had is dearer than what was marked on shelf, so I go back and to change it only to be told there's none there, so I reluctantly decide to pay for the more expensive item, but when I returned to the register it was closed, now only 1 register open for 12 customers. This is when I decided to leave my items and go to another hardware store.

They have a great range of products and the staff are knowlegable and helpful, but some of their indoor plants are diseased or have root rot. If you still want the affected plant let the staff know and ask for price reduction, I got my $25 diseased plant for $12.
