Great staff, I'm on oxygen bottles and a lovely lady got trolley and helped me shop around then took to my car and unloaded it for me. 
Wow so friendly and very bloody helpful, I'll be going back to that shop again and again. Thanks Bunnings staff keep up the gud and friendly service to help customers.

It would be a pity if they could put the air conditioning on
The shop is like a sauna 
Don't go 
Go elsewhere and put the job off

On a whole I find Bunnings great over all areas . But not so today , today I purchased many items both for home and my business , so my trolly was full of many awkward sized objects .
I waited patiently while a customer two in front of me at the checkout queried a price , I re lined up for the self checkout and diligently scanned all my items in two transactions . I paid and this is where my Problems  all started , first my rake fell off my trolley , then I got out the door and my rake and pool noodle fell off , by this stage I had acknowledged that my load was two heavy and it was either a two person job or I should have off loaded some of my purchases , however I was stuck in the entrance and didn’t want to hold up traffic unfortunately in my further haste I knocked over a whole stand of outdoor pots ( thankfully they where plastic ) embarrassing yes ,my fault yes but to the not so nice Bunnings staff member who rolled her eyes and made the nasty comments to me , I hope that you where just having a bad day like me because your customer service sucked today

I always have had a good experience shopping at the Gladstone store. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is that the self checkouts are not always open which means that I have to stand in a line, which is not good for my back
