Went to Bunnings Frankston for the sausage sizzle today nThey had plant based sausages nI left and went to the Pakenham Bunnings sausage sizzle and had the real deal nI finally get Jake to here for a Bunnings Sausage without onions and he absolutely smashed it nNow this is how a Trade Desk works. So efficient and courteous. Friendly customer service. Processing customers faster and more efficiently.nGreat range of home and garden improvement products. The BBQ area, huge range and ample stock. Ample friendly staff throughout this warehouse. Public facilities clean and available. Play area for children. Cafeteria also. The sausage sizzle outside was busy too. Easy access form car park. Ample parking.
The staff in the paint department are excellent, the lady that’s been there for years and the gentleman who served me on Sunday 29/12/2024 are helpful, friendly and full of knowledge. Assisted me with the purchase of a 1 litre tin of paint for a front door in an outdated colour bond colour advising me of the updated name that was a perfect match. Purchased ceiling paint and will be back again soon to paint the outside steel pergola area.nSeveral years ago I had a terrible experience from the lady at the Mornington store and had stopped purchasing paint from Bunnings, but thankfully i tried Frankston out
Bunnings Frankston is like all of it's generic stores ia a mix of hardware products. A feature I have noticed recently is a lack of service. The experienced extradies are very helpful however some other staff may need more product and service training.
Don't trust them on Ute hire.nI specifically asked to hire a ute for 4 hours yet I was charged for 24 hour hire. I only realised when I checked my bank account. Thats a really devious way to ring up extra sales. I'll be going to Carrum Downs in future hopefully they are more honest.
