Emma I hope I’ve got her name correct went above and beyond. I’d give her 6 stars if I could!nThere was a complete mess with a special order I was told that was ready to collect. When I got there, they had the wrong items The young man went to look and I was then informed my items weren’t there and there had been a mix up.nSo I left after being told by Emma she would sort it out and get back to me as soon as she couldnThe lovely Bunnings ladies had a ‘mum look’ and found them! Emma offered to drop the four good sized boxes to me on her way home. I was so happy I didn’t have to go back to collect. Employee of the month at least!!!
Had the best customer service experience in this store this week. The young ladies who initially helped me find an item and then gave me the information that led me to special orders and Ethan. Ethan was a customer service star! Very friendly, helpful, thorough and he followed through with a follow up as promised.
There are no staff at kaboodle Desks on weekends, and it's hit and miss on weekdays .nWhy bother to offer the service at all ?nKeep in mind ! Ikea, do flat pack kitchen cabinets too,and so do kitchen bathroom warehouse
Our Local, massive store with a decent Trade section and so much parking. Well laid out so you can find everything or anything you need. Decent outdoor/gardening department too.nnStaff are always friendly and very helpful even if they are busy. Each department is well stocked and well trained.nnSomething to keep an eye out for is the store puts on some good specials from time to time, discontinued or box damage stock, pick up that thing you’ve wanted for real cheap.
Jasper has given us an excellent service renting a van. Thank you so much for all your help and such nice vibes .
