I’ve had mainly great experiences shopping here. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff that are eager to help.
A very bizarre store, ALL of the main entrances along South Road are locked shut, with the only way to actually get inside the store being to walk through a small road through a black metal fence into an underground parking garage and then into the back of one of the main entrances and up two flights of stairs.. So if you're wondering why you're constantly going up to each entrance main door, waiting a few seconds, waving at the auto door sensor to activate and it doing nothing, then moving on to the next main door to try there, this is actually how you get into the store; through the small black fence and around to the left and up the stairs... very weird, why management have chosen to lock all of the main entrances during business hours is very odd indeed.
I had a positive experience with Jack from the hardware department last week. His customer service and care for his customers was above and beyond and even followed into a social aspect when I ran into him out and about. He embodies the Bunnings motto and standards and I’ll definitely come back in the future
