There is a man in the garden area called Darren.nHe is incredible. I turned up with a hire tipper earlier today Sunday and he helped me load 70 sheets of turf in the bulk area and provided on point advice.nDue to his efficiency and effectiveness I got the job done and can return the hire truck tomorrow on time.nHe is the kind of person employers should be proud of. Stands for customer care and is a subject matter expert. He has great knowledge of horticulture.nThis type of employee is one of the main reasons Bunnings is so successful and people like me enjoy going to Bunnings. A large company that selects the right employees who are empowered to make a difference.
Large store, well stocked, though can take time to walk around and find things. Staff are never present at the Customer Service desk, unhelpful and send you in all directions to search on your own. A good selection of plants. I found the amount of floor and tiling options available to be quite limited.
Unfortunately, got poor customer service from Owen. I was asking a question about a product, but his attitude came across as “just read the instructions yourself” rather than patiently helping a customer understand the product properly. The store was not particularly busy at the time, yet it still felt like he was unwilling to engage or provide proper service. What felt especially disrespectful was that our conversation had not even finished before he turned away and started talking to another staff member, making me feel ignored and unwelcome as a customer.
Jarad from outdoor furniture/ BBQ area helped us today and went out of his way to ensure we got the best service. He was both friendly and informative. Probably one of the best experiences I have had at Bunnings.nThank you Jarad
I pretty much use Bunnos daily with my job... get a power pass card, put items on it and pay later....n get some discounts.nThe app is pretty good, tells u where everything is in all bunnings store locations.. rite down to the aisle number and bay number.
