I just wanted to leave a review for one of the staff members at Bunnings who was absolutely wonderful. Minnie was so helpful, knowledgeable, and had such a great sense of humour. She cracked jokes while helping me and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. It’s rare to come across service that genuinely brightens your day she deserves recognition!
Today I truly got a taste of Bunnings’ top tier customer service. First in line at the self checkout, last to be assisted. When I asked for help, I was conveniently redirected to another employee.nIn the end, I left empty handed. At least I saved some money, so thanks to that staff member for making that possible
I visited Bunnings Doncaster today. My overall experience was great. The people greeter at the front door was amazing. She had a lot of knowledge where to find the products I required in the store made it very easy for me. At first. I thought the store was small but it is over two levels so it’s the same size as others. Silvana is the lady’s name
We use Bunnings Warehouse Doncaster regularly for our renovation business. The store has a wide range of materials and tools that help keep our jobs moving. Staff are easy to find and willing to help when we need advice or specific products. The aisles are organised and products are easy to locate. Checkout is quick and efficient. A reliable place to source supplies for our building work.
Teagan was nice, from gardening section. I usually don’t find anyone here at the gardens section, in case I need a o ask a question.nThe two stars are for Teagan, else I would add one star. As usually people here aren’t nice and I got the feeling that they try to run away from customers. I’ve been to other branches of Bunnings, so to say, this is the worse.nnThanks Teagan!
