The aisles are very tight and difficult to manoeuvre. Hard to find staff members for assistance.nnParking is good. good selection given its size
Not the typical Bunnings experience of parking & shopping on one level with the warehouse feel.nnHowever, intriguing experience. Friendly staff. Still easy to find items. Onsite cage is on the top level with house plants etc.
Doncaster Bunnings has Worst customer service out of all the bunnings in Victoria. I’m not one to write a review but the countless times I’ve received rude and non helpful customer service from this Bunnings is insane. Final straw was I went to rent a carpet cleaner which was on display with price attached etc to be told by mature staff member it’s not available needs to be tested, to which I asked can it be tested as it’s on display cleaned and ready to go, to which he rudely replied no can’t help you. I managed to find a young staff member who was more than happy to help and said the rest would take 30 seconds shout out to him tall guy with bucket hat. I will Follow up via email tonManagement about the lack of customer service skills of their staff members.
I came to return an unopened unused new shower head worth $30 which I purchased 3 weeks ago in a different branch. The rude Aussie lady in the front made the return so difficult and stressful. My old card has expired so I got rid of it and I do not have proof of that old card so she kept saying that I do not have proof I used my card to pay for it. Even asked me for bank statements??? Asked me to show proof of my cards and my accounts??? For real lady my full bill is $104 and I am only asking for $30 back. You made me feel like a criminal. Humiliated me in front of everyone!!!!! and even tried to call someone else to have a go at me as well. Wasted 30 minutes of my time with you harassing me about my cards! A stressful situation that could have been avoided!!!!! Not going back here!!!!!nnThe manager clearly needs to talk to her about respect and proper customer service because she was not raised well to have these skills! And seems like she has issues with people returning an item. Wake up lady you’re working in Doncaster so be humble and start showing some respect even for young Asians like me. The amount of bullying, pressure, tension and stress that you put on me was too much
