Staff we have dealt wwith are helpful friendly & knowledgeable. Not as big as some Bunnings Stores, however more than happy to order any item they don't have. Most business are experiencing stock supply issues at this point in time.
The store is pointless. They don't carry enough stock. Needed welding parts. Was told it would be a special order 10 days for it be available will definitely be supporting the other local stores
A smaller store to serve the community of Dalby. Obviously does not have the huge range that a larger store would carry but that said it certainly has most things. Items can ordered if you want a specific product. Isle widths are a little narrower and you have to watch your public distancing. The staff were helpful and friendly and there's plenty of parking out front.
We love Bunnings. It’s like having ice cream with a flake in and all the trimmings to go to Bunnings. However, the store in Dalby is poorly stocked - really out of everything pretty much all the time! They never have anything that we look for and where it’s suppose to be your no 1 go-to place, we rather visit the local hardware store because we find what we need there every single time. Bunnings Dalby has a lot of stuff you don’t need and the stuff you do need, are always out of stock. I’ll definitely give it a miss in future.
Staff was very helpful, especially a young man called Jarrod who helped me find everything I need. Store itself wasn’t as big as I’ve seen before but got everything you need.
Doug sold wrong product to me. I had given him all the details of what i was after, even showed him the tin. Told me that my tin must have faded. Clearly not faded. Very clearly a different product. WON'T BE GOING BACK. I told him I lived 50 ks out of town. So 200 ks later, we had the correct product. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS
Got what I wanted,lots of stock staff very helpful
Products are easy to find and staff are helpful
One of the smaller stores in the chain but still have a great range of options available.
Always helpful... have enjoyed great service in this store
