Great range and fun layout with the two stories.nnBut please can we have the 1st generation anticoagulants for rodent control clearly marked in their own section so it's easy to make a safer choice for our owls? 2nd generation baits seemed to be much more readily available, sadly.
Understaffed and poor customer service. Compared to other Bunnings stores, this one is a waste of time. With only 2 registers and no self check out, it not at the scale of other Bunnings stores. When I visited there was no one at the only two checkouts, so everyone had to line up at the returns/ help desk along with people wanting to return items or ask dumb questions. I'll definitely avoid this Bunnings in the future. Love the Innaloo and Dunsborough Bunnings stores, staff there are helpful and friendly and plenty of self and staffed checkouts.

If you know Bunnings well you won’t have any issues, but if you haven’t been before it is hard to orientate yourself and evenhanded to find an available staff member. I spent about 10 mins looking for a product, then looked for a stag member around the whole upstairs section and cold only find someone who is not “responsible for this area”. He said I would find someone in the area but I didn’t. After a while, a very tired looking woman came towards me and was able to point me to the correct product. Check out always takes a while too. However, it’s a big store and probably has everything you need.
Earlier this week, my wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Emily at your store, it’s not often you get such good service with a friendly smile but she went above and beyond with our needs, we will be back looking for her next time!
