Bonnie’s assistance over the phone and in person was amazing. She was prompt in replacing a push lawnmower that had a fault and even constructed the new one for me. Personalised and friendly service - the best I’ve ever received from a Bunnings store. Thanks Bonnie!

Disappointing service with a disorganized nature. I was there on a Tuesday and told a product would be in on a Thursday. Went back to the store on Friday and was told they hadn't received the order and wouldn't know when it was coming in. Best to ring everyday to see if has come in?? What sort of management is that? Also ask where a piece of steel is, and they sent me to the other end of the store where the wire is. Couldn't find the steel due to the fact they don't have any!! I won't be going back. Very disappointing. Also store is back to front compared to any other store I have been too.

Overall the shopping experience is good - staff are very helpful and have good product knowledge but WHY is the self checkout facility always closed. I have been there several times when this has happened and it causes long queues. So unnecessary ! Not user friendly AT ALL! Lift your game Bunnings - this is the 21st century or haven't you noticed yet?

Never enough staff to answer questions or to assist locating things. Very poor labeling on the shelves and frequently short or out of stock. Go to Mitre 10 directly behind for better service and often better prices too.
