Very poor customer service. Double charged for a transaction thankfully had kept receipts but had to send through proof of everything even though we were assured we would receive an instant credit to our account. We understand mistakes can happen but to not even get a simple apologies for the inconvenience from the operations manager is a poor customer experience.
It's nearly impossible to go to any Bunnings store and walk out with more than you had intended. Our two furbabies had their very first visit to the Caloundra store - and yes, we walked out with extra items! ! Lovely staff; product displays, on point; internal Cafe and toilets; a nursery which has plants that are nourished and healthy. Loads of everything one needs for your home or building project and easy parking.
I got the best service I’ve ever had at any Bunnings store today, from David at Bunnings Caloundra. I went in to look at security cameras. I’ve never looked into them before but David knew all the ins and outs of the different brands, their features and what would suit my needs. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work David and Bunnings Caloundra.
I went bunnings 3 times to buy a gazebo the gazebo is 3x3 from mimosa . They first said i did not have stock and then ask my contact to give an idea when producto was back im stock and they never all.backnSo o went the store and found the gazebo still.there as display and o ask if could by the display they i would check with the boss nothing happens i called then again and tje boss said we can sale the display.nnTerrible custumer service took 3 weeks to.find out the display gazebo its not for sale but they still show .nnI could easy decided for other gazebo..
