I went to Bunnings big fish this morning at 8am to do a huge shop.nI wish I could remember the names of all the people who helped me! The lady at the door. The gentleman who helped me get my purchases in the car, the garden Center girls, the lady who helped me in garage storage, annd put my huge purchase on the trolly, and the gentleman who guided me to hooks and services.nSo impressed!!!nEveryone was so very helpful and nothing was a problem.nI will never shop at another Bunnings again. 100% best customer service I have ever received!nThank you Bunnings big fish
This store has now been open long enough for the staff to be more knowledgeable. Granted they are all very friendly but they often have little knowledge of the products they are selling and at least twice I was told an item wasn't stocked and then had to show them on my phone that it was. This plus products often being out of stock isn't what I expect from Bunnings. They need to bring in some staff from Morayfield and sort out their stock levels.
What a great new store, everything is looking new, store is merchandised to perfection, parking is a breeze and the staff far more relaxed and helpful than what we're normally used to.nOur usual Bunnings is Morayfield, but I'm gladly switching over to Caboolture.nHope all this will last.nHighly recommended.
Huge amount of space, huge parking area that never seems full. All the hardware expected from a Bunnings with helpful staff. Front door ushers greet politely and directed me to where I needed to go for specific items and could look up for smaller unfamiliar items pretty quickly. Made it faster that I had the item number ready to go.
New Bunnings at Big Fish Junction. Well set out and well worth a visit. Clean and cafe. Good area of plant's Good staff. Plenty of parking Just off the Bruce Highway .
