What's the point of having self serve checkouts when they are never open? 2 checkouts open with people lining up into the aisles. Let's be honest it's easier to knock things off in the aisles than at self checkout where there are more cameras and more staff including a security guard.
Long counter Q .staff members wandering around the counter area does not even bother to open up more counters during peak hrs.n4 dodgy self serve counters are also out of service most of the times. Not to mention since Bunnings does not have proper rival , their prices are complete RIP OFF !!!nAt least half of the counter staff does not even greet the customer during checkout .
INCOMPETANT, period, there hour ago, 2 keys cut, 7 min later, easy yeah? Wrong keys given, chain reaction, my keys given to someone else, now locksmith coming to change 5 locks, keys etc, $400- $500 later, HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS A NUMBERED TICKET? Very friendly and helpful staff, today had bit of searching around at the hardware section and tool shop, both locations very pleasant experience... all staff members answered all my questions and went out of their way to help me find a solution for my custom project, even though it was very busy : Thank you
The staff member who just mixed my paint about 40 minutes ago didn't close the tin properly, and the entire 2L tin just spilled ALL over my car. I'm not exaggerating, the whole tin is wasted. My car upholstery is ruined, my favourite coat is ruined, my $300 boots are also ruined, and I wasted 50 bucks. Train your staff to be more careful, I am SO upset.
