We were really pleased with the assistance provided by the Special Orders Team. Our primary contact was with Brenda, who was excellent to deal with and she kept us informed along the way, with assistance from James. It was a complex request covered by a number of orders and they did a great job in coordinating the progress and ultimately delivery. Great efforts.
Customer service lady was really rude. She don’t know how to talk with customers. They have long queue but they don’t want to open self check out. What that check out for to sell to customers or just confuse customers. Really annoying customer service really. Management should teach their staff how to talk to their customers. Will never visit again.
I am a company owner and I constantly shop at Sunbury bunning. I never have any problems and they provide very high quality service. Whenever I come to Broadmeadows Bunning, I leave with hatred. I have never seen such a poor quality place. Things are slow, the employees are rude.
Not happy. Looked for staff to help me one told me he can’t and walked off. Don’t work there if you can’t be bothered.nThankfully eventually found a better worker who went out of his way to help.
Long counter Q .staff members wandering around the counter area does not even bother to open up more counters during peak hrs.n4 dodgy self serve counters are also out of service most of the times. Not to mention since Bunnings does not have proper rival , their prices are complete RIP OFF !!!nAt least half of the counter staff does not even greet the customer during checkout .
