Bunnings Belmont is fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any project. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. Plus, the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend for all your DIY and gardening needs!
Team is pretty friendly, and helpful, also they aren't jerks when something they sell, needs to be returned because it's not working etc. Have spent tens of thousands here and will continue to do so.
My favourite shopping spot, DIY paradise, with everything I need for my projects. It also boasts a fantastic selection of fresh plants. Rent a ute and carpet cleaner available. Conveniently, there's a cafe and clean toilets as well. Just perfect!
Looked on the website as I wanted to hire a ute, and it said to go to store in person. I rang up to ask about hiring a ute and was told I was going to be through to the hire department. I called twice and my called was not answered. Both times the lady on the phone thought I was waiting to be put through to someone else.nnOh well Bunnings next time I want to hire a ute, I am going straight to another company who at least answers the phone and assists customers!
Do not shop at this Bunnings store. I had the experience of a rude staff member walking off on me twice during a return transaction, with no comment on where they were going, with me asking... hello,hello, and then no apology or explanation at all.nThe Manager who came down on another issue, was even worse, by not addressing this poor behaviour.nnBunnings you really should address these acts of poor courtesy behaviour at the time it occurs.nIt is such a great pity that Bunnings have no competition, as some of their staff have no understanding of Customer care.nnObviously, this comes down to extremely poor training by Bunnings Human Resource department in the first place, with their managers not addressing poor staff performance when it happens.nnYours sincerely,nGlenda MatthewsnPS I had to post 1 star, as review will not upload with no stars.nJust shows how much Bunnings value their system
