By far the worst experience bringing my cat here. We called to bring my cat in to be put down as she had deteriorated so much, I was completely prepared for what I thought would be a peaceful experience. The emergency vet took her to the back to put a catheter in and bring her back. He brought her back soon after, took her out of the box and put her on the table, and left to get something. In the space of 15 seconds, my cat starting freaking out, I go to calm and hold her from jumping off the table, she bites me and doesn't let go so I have to open her jaw. I run to the tap to rinse my arm and all he has to say is "yeahhh you have to hold her from the scruff of the neck" I turn back around and he has already put her down, mouth open, glassy eyed. A trip for me to the hospital for antibiotics and a tetanus shot. Not exactly how I pictured saying goodbye to my beloved cat of 11 years. I'd give no stars if possible. I will never take my animals here again. That particular vet has no regard for human emotion.

I am very disappointed by this clinic. I would never set foot in this clinic nor recommend anyone to bring their furry babies there. Had I not gotten a second opinion god knows if my baby will still with me today. Long story short - I bought my dog in for stomach pains, he was throwing up and very lethargic. It was also concerning to me as he suffers from epilepsy and wasn’t keeping his daily medication down. I left him overnight to receive a phone call the next morning from a vet claiming that he’s had multiple seizures throughout the night. They were struggling to control them and when I asked what this would mean she had said there’s the possibility of putting him to sleep. Keep in mind he came into the clinic for stomach pains which had taken a back burner because they can’t control his seizures. I contacted U Vet Werribee where his been treated in the past for his seizures and they said they are very confident in treating him. I removed him from Bundoora and transported him to U Vet. Since being in the care of U Vet he hadn’t had a seizure since and is back to full health. I would of appreciated if I was told they didn’t have confidence to treat his seizures.

The Vets and Vet nurses took care of our 11 year dog for 5 days with much love. Always had good informative updates and was able to visit her.
