After moving interstate, I searched around for a close and convenient clinic to attend. Most recently I needed to gain some information for upcoming overseas travel. The doctor I saw (can’t remember his name) was very unprofessional and used the google search engine to look up what vaccinations I needed - then proceeded to incorrectly send me off with the wrong information. On top of all this, the reception staff were incredibly rude. The one positive was the nurse I saw for the injection was super lovely and seemed very knowledgeable. Overall, if you’re looking for a professional, well run clinic - look elsewhere.

Number of times when I book for 8:30am Doctor does not even turn up till 915am. Why they make people to book at 8:30AM and just sit there for 45mins???

Great clinic. Evening time is the best time to come (around 7-10am). I choose the clinic over 5 years ago, after visiting almost all GPs (bulk billed or not) in the North of Melbourne area, waisting time and a lot of money.

Have seen both Dr Hasanthi and Dr Mason and was impressed by the level of care and professionalism of both. Waiting room is clean. Did wait for a while for one appointment, and was the cause of other people's waiting at another, but I think this shows the quality of the doctors - who are willing to thoroughly address things rather than aiming to get patients in and out in fifteen. Would recommend the clinic to others.
