My husband and I booked a beginners guided tour with them and had an amazing experience we'll never forget. It was our first time ever trying kayaking and neither of us can swim that well. We had been thinking of taking it up for the longest of time but had been too afraid. Through their training and guidance, they made it feel so easy and so enjoyable that we have now become confident enough to go kayaking by ourselves. Thank you so much for helping us get over our fears and to actually enjoy the experience. Amazing team, amazing place, and everything was just perfect PS: besides a kind and friendly guide we also got a personal photographer. Thanks Marnie for the tour and the beautiful photographs of us trying kayaking for the first time.
Did the beach kayak tour with Marnie which was fantastic! Marnie was extremely friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. The location was amazing, clear blue water and pretty shallow. Great for newbie kayakers + very easy parking. Can't wait to go back!
The kayaks we booked were available as requested with no issues. The sign-in process was very easy & they had areas for us to store our stuff while we kayaked. The staff who helped us gave us tips on where we could safely kayak, went to the trouble of taking photos for us and was also very friendly & nice. When we were heading too far out, one of the staff came out to help us. He was nice but also very funny when pointing out we were sitting backwards we confused ourselves when we banked the kayak on the sand bay & got back in the water but they cared for our safety. Reasonably priced too. $50 for 2 hours. My partner who has never kayaked before enjoyed it so much that he wants to go back & he is not an outdoorsy person! 10 outta 10 or 5 out of 5 in this case
The owner was kind and patient enough to show us the basic techniques to do when your about, getting on, and when your out there kayaking. This place is a perfect spot for kayaking beginners with shallow waters, calm to gentle winds and low tides. We really had a great time. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
First time Kayaking for my kids and they had a wonderful time. Bruce was our guide and did a great job sharing history and knowledge of the surrounding area. For my wife and 2 kids it was a great way to spend the morning in Bundeena and I’m sure this won’t be the last time we kayak with the kids. Highly recommend taking the ferry across from Cronulla or the drive through the Royal National park which was pretty special and worth taking the time to do as well. Thank you Bruce and Bundeena Kayaks.
I booked a kayak for 2 last minute after reading all the amazing reviews and seeing all the photos. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time and made some special memories. Would recommend to anyone! Wonderful people and 5 star service.
We had a lovely kayaking tour around the Cabbage Tree Basin. I enjoyed seeing the fish under the boat. Bruce gave us an interesting commentary about the geography of the area and took photos for us - I would recommend this small business for a fun activity with your family or friends!
My partner and I hired a couple of stand up paddle boards. The staff was super friendly and helpful with suggesting where we could go and how long it would take. We also saw them conducting tours and being just awesome. Wil definitely go back!
Hired kayaks with two sons and one girlfriend on Boxing Day morning, all beginners. At high tide, a paddle up the 'Basin' was just perfect! Was a bit concerned about crowds as it's one of the busiest days of the year, but it was all fine, from picking up the kayaks to dropping back. Very well organised. We did have someone drop us off and pick us up as parking on really busy days can be tricky.
We hired a couple kayaks - was a really enjoyable experience and the team are really helpful - would recommend On a seperate note it’s great to support a local business. We got Lucky with the weather over Easter as they they have only been able to operate for 5 days in 8 weeks due to the extreme weather recently They also accept NSW dine and discover vouchers so a big bonus!!
