Have tried to book my vehicle in for a service a number of times. Every time I have been told that will call me back. Every time no call back. I have now booked elsewhere because they obviously do not want my custom

Inquired about a possible buy back of their own car bought from them in 2016. Was told that they would call back within the hour with an answer-unfortunately no response that day. I was required to call the following day after more than 24 hrs had past to be informed they were not interested. Not a way to treat past customers with a lack of follow up and a sure fired way to make sure they are not future customers.

Very helpful, went out of their way to assist organized a rental vehicle free of cost, also repaired vehicle just outside of warrantee exellent
