My friend's car got crashed, and was asked to call for a tow and get it repaired by the insurance company.  He randomly chose the bullen smash repair with its towing service. In the early day, he required to repair the car. But it ended up with telling that the car is sold without my friend's consent. Even though my friend has a bad enlish, he is pretty sure that the guy called gary did not have his consent or oral agreement to sell the car. This is pretty much like a deceptive and mislead conduct. Moreover, the insurance company tells that bullen smash repair should pay us $3000, however, eventually bullen smash only paid us $2200. What a doggy and robbing.  Insurance company also call them 'savage'. Care if you don't want to bring litigation.

Excellent service! I recently had my car broken into and Peter was able to give me a quote and next day service! Not only did they match my window tint but did it at a fraction of the price to what I had been quoted elsewhere. Professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend!

Not friendly, over charge. According VICRoad information, towing service for security storage charge, the maximum rate is AUD10.50 for lock yard, however, they charge me AUD 15.50. Robbing customers.
