Quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you Dr Saika Shamshad.
Receptionist Rose was very patronising and rude. I was waiting for the doctor to call with my results for 20 minutes, and when I phoned to ask why i was still waiting, she spoke back to me in a condescending and abrupt way and then hung up! It seems a lot of people have complained, so perhaps time to give someone more efficient the job?
Tried to ring to book an appoint a few times today, reception just hangs up on you.
