She was so helpful in explaining to me how to take a certain new medication and took the time to provide a very thorough explanation which I really appreciated since the doctors only provided minimal information. I must say to be totally closed for the entire Easter weekend when you hold all my scripts is something of a unexpected disgrace i have been without my anti depression tablets for 5 days now and I am in poor health thanks very much for what you would call a very uncomfortable Easter much appreciated not.I can't even drive in fear of having an accident not impressed at..all
If I could give 0/5 stars, I would get -5/5. The service is okay... but the one thing that was incredibly DISTURBING was the OWNER who kept on talking about his conspiracy theories and CONSTANTLY swearing! Even in front of my children. I am appalled, this is not a professional environment nor a pharmacy. Never coming back here again!
At a non busy time I requested a one page sheet to be witnessed/certified by a Pharmacist who happened to be the Owner. He charged a fee !!!! just to witness my signature briefly yet I was a customer there often even though everthing in his shop is more expensive than normal. I'm no longer a Customer there as have chosen excellent customer service & prices elsewhere.
Hit & miss. There are some very helpful & kind people there, some not so much. Prices are insanely high, I feel like there are better ways to make money than rip off sick people but private chemists can do that. I’m guessing David is no longer the owner since the place has improved vastly in the time I’ve no longer seen him there, he was an absolute cooker & disgusting person.
Extremely professional service. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even in a busy environment I never felt like I was being rushed. I highly recommend this business.
I recently visited Bulimba Pharmacy and was assisted by Amjad, the head pharmacist. Amjad was extremely informative, very helpful, and was willing to spend the time with me to discuss any questions I had which resulted in us getting the right treatment without having to visit a doctor. Overall, it was a very good experience and I highly recommend Bulimba Pharmacy.
Prices are almost always higher than major Pharmacy chains, but Bulimba Pharmacy's product is their second to none customer service. In my experience, every single employee showed nothing but compassion and has gone above and beyond. I would sincerely recommend using Bulimba Pharmacy if you have to regularly collect medications, as their "human touch" Which is completely missing in the Pharmacy chains is where the value of this family run business is.
