We have used Builtmat for 3 of our shop fit outs which consisted of multiple basins, kitchen sinks, taps and a Zip tap + font. The taps and sinks are very high quality. They still look and feel like when we first got them installed 3 years ago at our first location after commercial use.

I found this company online and glad I didn't read the reviews. The company and their products have been outstanding. The shipping is fast, the product are well-priced, the look and feel of the items are great. I have purchased door handles, sinks, taps, and accessories from them and will return to purchase more if needed.
Great design, poor quality stainless steel. Bought this sink for our kitchen renovation and immediately noticed rust spots throughout the sink. Reported it with photos to Built Mat who just insisted ‘stainless steel doesn’t rust’ and told me to clean it with baking soda. We’d literally never even used it and they kept insisting it was my doing as I must have used something that caused the rust. Impossible! It requires daily cleaning to keep the rust spots as bay, which is ridiculous for a sink! If I miss a coupe of days I notice the spots starting all across the sink. It’s so much maintenance and too hard to replace as our stone was specifically cut for this sink. Wish we’d just bought a better quality sink and not have this nightmare maintenance regime! Poor quality stainless steel and I do not recommend.
Not very good experience with them. My order took one months to be delivered. I paid $80 for delivery fee . And heavy stuff need me to help to load. Thanks that some strong boys working in my house willing to help. Harvey Norman can match price and they have more mature service. Next time I will go to bigger brand’s
