The basins arrive very quick with free delivery which great. Unfortunately when we came to do our bathroom one was broken when we opened the box. Buildmat sent us a replacement out straight away with no hassle. They look great. Would definitely use again.
Stay way from this store. Products are ok until they are not ok. Post sale coverage is shocking. I've purchased 11 of Felda Sea Salt concrete basins plus other items. Totalling about $5K.nWe installed 3 of them in my house. As soon as water touched basins, stains came out. When I contacted them to return them, they told me that I had to seal the basins before using. No instructions were on the website, and nothing in the box. They wanted another $60 for a sealer. I refused. When I couldn't get a response from them, I bought a concrete basin sealer and applied, still did not work. So $750 down to drain. Plus we have to pay another $500 to a plumber to come and install new ones.nThey say they won't replace them because they are used. HOW THE HELL WOULD YOU KNOW IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY WITHOUT USING IT...
Buildmat, what a pleasure to deal with this company. Answered my email the next day and clarified my concerns. I then ordered online and received my order in about 5 or 7 working days. I am more than happy with the quality of the product I received. The chrome spout for the bath fits perfect and matches my other tapware. Thank you for a great service and product. Highly recommend Buildmat.
As a company we ordered Showerscreen hinges- delivery was fast and product as shown, however hinges did not fit cut outs as per template supplied by the company.nI sent photos as requested and they still didn't offer a solution.nDue to no solution, we tried to modify hinges instead of ordering glass panels to suit hinges, damaging them in the process, even though we sent photos prior to modifying they will now not warrant hinges or determine fault as the product is out of stock with no date for more arriving.nnVery disappointed.
