Went to built a bear today. I enjoyed my experience but the only downfall is they charged $2 for the box to have the bear put in it. They don’t tell you there’s a cost of $2 for the box. Instead of 5 stars you only get 1 star from me. Next time please be upfront and let your customers know there is an additional cost of $2 for the box!
They are never cheap, but the quality and service standards are always great.
